{"id":914,"date":"2020-01-02T12:22:38","date_gmt":"2020-01-02T01:22:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.feeandl.com\/WaterStaging\/?page_id=914"},"modified":"2020-03-09T12:46:08","modified_gmt":"2020-03-09T01:46:08","slug":"director-development-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.feeandl.com\/WaterStaging\/programs\/director-development-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Director Development Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>\n\t<\/h1>\n\t<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.delwp.vic.gov.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning<\/a>, in association with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vicwater.org.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VicWater<\/a>, hosted the <strong>2020 Director Development Program<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<strong>4-5 March 2020 <\/strong>at the Park Hyatt Melbourne.<\/p>\n<p>Commencing with an opening dinner and guest speaker presentation on the night of Wednesday 4 March, the majority of the program was held over one full day on Thursday 5 March.<\/p>\n<p>Over these days participates had the opportunity to network, stay on top of emerging issues and deep dive into areas of interest.<\/p>\n<p>Following feedback from the 2018 program, the focus of the 2020 program was to put theory into practice with plenty of peer-to-peer learning opportunities and content designed to match the needs of both our newly appointed board members as well as our more experienced leadership cohort.<\/p>\n<p>Invitations to the 2020 program were extended to the Chairs, Board members, and corporate secretaries of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water corporations<\/li>\n<li>Catchment Management Authorities<\/li>\n<li>the Victorian Environmental Water Holder, and<\/li>\n<li>the Victorian Catchment Management Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.delwp.vic.gov.au\/\" target=\"_self\" itemprop=\"url\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.feeandl.com\/WaterStaging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/DEWLP.png\" alt=\"DEWLP\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"53\" width=\"180\" title=\"DEWLP\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<h2>Like to know more about the Director Development Program?<\/h2>\n\t<h3>Contact Jo for further details<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"mailto:jo.lim@vicwater.org.au\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tEmail Jo Lim\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, in association with\u00a0VicWater, hosted the 2020 Director Development Program\u00a0on\u00a04-5 March 2020 at the Park Hyatt Melbourne.
